OCCUPATIONAL INTELLIGENCE (OI)

Conceived in 1999 by Vivienne Schultz, the question of Occupational Intelligence comes into play in every instance in life. We are constantly occupied with tasks and challenges, which we are required to respond to in some or other way. We may then, by our own right, respond in whichever way we see fit – or not respond at all. It is evident that, in order for a task/challenge to be executed efficiently, the responder needs to be adept at certain functions

So how do we quantify this ability to respond to a task/challenge?

The A2B Transformation Movement has pioneered the 7 transitional levels of responsiveness. When consciously developed, these levels will incrementally move a person (the responder) from levels of unresponsiveness to levels of optimum response – from dependency to dignity.
