This module is a prerequisite when qualifying to become a Hardwires coach. It is important that you are familiar with the fundamental understanding of what it means to be a response-able leader. |
Week 1: Introduction and orientation group Skype call | 10 March

This first coaching session will be a 75 minute skype call, forming the course orientation and an introduction on how to effectively handle anxiety and engage fully on your personal journey of self-development and optimisation. |
Weeks 2-6: Audio recording by Vivienne | TBC | Consciousness of Primary Hardwires and their multiplier effect, leading to development of secondary and tertiary HARDWIRES and the interlinked case and effect. The following 5 weekly sessions will be in the form of a training audio, with practical implementation, reflection and journaling exercises, to be submitted weekly. |
Week 4: Question and Answer Skype session | Tuesday 31 March 09:00 – 10:00 (1 hour) |
During this Skype session, we will be available to answer any questions you may have. |
Weeks 7 – 8: Mock coaching calls | TBC | These mock calls are for the purpose of optimising the coaching call template. |

It will provide you with a deep consciousness and clarity of every human response to every situation and environment, giving a depth of understanding to the blockers holding humans captive and preventing them from reaching their optimum state of being. It is an enabling tool, spring boarding humans onto their own re-volition journey of well-being. No more will you indulge in FFF (fight, flight, fear, frame) behaviour with your deep consciousness of the workings of the human mind. With your depth of consciousness of this optimum redemptive tool, you will be deeply conscious of every human reaction, enabling you to see with great clarity, your own blockers and those of every human.
Level 1 Interpreter coach is the first step to becoming a fully-fledged provocateur ( level 2), enabling you to engage with clients on their re-volition journey – their journey to optimum human, provoking them to break free of the pattern of darkness and bringing them into the light and releasing those blockers on the road to restitution and redemption and the freedom to develop eagle’s wings.
PS: This is compulsory for all managers and executives within Organisations in the process of becoming a HOOS ( Human Optimisation Operating system)

As HARDWIRES will frequently be the first yummy point of entry into A2B, we are looking to select optimum humans who will be able to provide a CIC (cracking into consciousness) coaching experience for every client- irrespective of age, education or employment level .
