Even though the A2B methodology takes a LOW ANXIETY, HIGH VOLITION “fun” approach to the toughest career there is, namely the mind restoration work; change facilitation cannot be done superficially, nor in a vacuum, but has to be firmly grounded in foundational principles. Your uncompromised intervention should trans-form at least 1 out of every 8 persons in your program. Trans-form is to talk and walk forever in the opposite direction, without backsliding.
A Facilitator of change cannot be a phony role-model of change to their recipients, but should intentionally daily “go against their own grain”, yearning for constructive criticism, vulnerably admitting their own weaknesses, and growing a testimony of change.
In order to receive the Responsive Leadership Certificate, a final assessment will be conducted within your ecosystem of influence by the A2B Transformation Assessor, where you will demonstrate within a 120 minute session, that you have “Conceived, Believed, are Talking, Walking and Achieving the A2B Methodology

It is not viable for A2B Assessors to assess one individual per day; hence it is highly recommended that organizations book three persons at the same venue per day according to the roster below. Where A2B Assessors will be required to travel, e.g. Gauteng and Cape Town, assessments will take place on consecutive days until all individuals in one Province have done their summative assessments.

Individual summative assessment process for receiving your Responsive Leadership Certification
One of the criteria for receiving a certificate is for the responders to successfully prove that they are conscious and competent (namely A3 on the OI scale ) in 70% of the requirements above. Should this not be the case, the assessment can be used to identify what you need to improve. You will be given the opportunity to improve and once you are ready you will book a second Assessment session with the Assessor at a cost of R 2500.00

Organizational Accreditation
A minimum of 5 people of influence in an organization is required to qualify as A2B practitioners. This should consist ideally of two board members and three management for an organization to be considered as a Center for Occupational Intelligence.
