Conference Fees

For international participants:

  • Early Bird 200 EURO before 31 July 2019.
  • 255 EURO after 1 August 2019.

For participants from Southern Africa:

  • Early bird 2 800 ZAR before 31 July 2019;
  • 3 700 ZAR after 1 August 2019.

For speakers:

  • Early bird 2 400 ZAR / 160 EURO before 31 July 2019;
  • 3 000 ZAR / 180 EURO after 1 August 2019.

Fees Include:

  • Welcome package with a locally produced conference bag, African headband, delegate pass and stationary.
  • Welcome wine and refreshments evening at Sky Restaurant on Thursday 14, Nov 2019.
  • Refreshments (Morning and afternoon) and lunch each day.
  • Inspirited evening of entertainment and Maluti Mountain Choirs contest on Thursday, 14 Nov 2019.

Fees Exclude:

  • Airport transfers to/from OR Tambo International Airport to the resort.
  • Flights, car rental and individual transfers to and from the resort.
  • Accommodation, any activities (pre- or post-conference), any personal room accounts.
  • Conference exhibition items (books, toolkits, etc.) – please let us know if you have relevant items to exhibit.
